Software Assurance Program entitles customers to all of
the latest software updates, fixes and improvements, as
well as access to CosmoCom support personnel.
CosmoCom provides Tier 3 and 4 support as defined in
the industry standard four
tier model.
Three support plans are available:
- 24x7 Platinum Plan - This is the gold
standard, featuring access to our specially
trained personnel 24 hours per day, 7 days per
week, 365 days per year. This plan features
fastest response times with teams assigned
specifically to your account.
- 24x7 Gold Plan - This is the most
common plan, featuring access to our specially
trained personnel with pre-defined response
times 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365
days per year.
- 8x5 Silver Plan - This is our basic
plan, and features access to our team during
business hours.
All of the above plans provide access to the latest
software updates, fixes and improvements.
